Global Tender Notice by M/s Indian Potash Limited (IPL), an Indian fertilizer company for supply of 1,250,000 MTs Granular/Prilled Urea at West Cost of India (WCI) and 1,250,000 MTs Granular/Prilled Urea at East Coast of India (ECI) Agriculture Grade in bulk

M/s Indian Potash Limited (IPL), an Indian fertilizer company has invited sealed bids from Granular/Prilled Urea manufacturers (copy enclosed) for supply of 1,250,000 MTs Granular/Prilled Urea at West Cost of India (WCI) and 1,250,000 MTs Granular/Prilled Urea at East Coast of India (ECI) Agriculture Grade in bulk form conforming to specifications detailed in the Tender Documents. The quantity is meant for sailing of vessels ex-loadport latest by 15th January 2026.

2.      Kindly note that the bids complete in all respects addressed to THE GENERAL MANAGER (PORT OPERATIONS), INDIAN POTASH LIMITED should reach by 1130 Hrs. (1ST) on 20th November 2025. The offers received shall be opened at 1230 Hrs (1ST) on 20th November 2025 in the presence of bidders. The Bids should be valid up to 2000 Hrs. on 28th November 2025.

4.      In addition, further it is to inform that Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, on behalf of Department of Fertilizer (DOF), Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India has invited Global tender for purchase of Prilled/Granular Urea, 46% Nitrogen minimum( bulk) Fertilizer Grade from Urea producers (copy enclosed) for supply of 25 Lakh Metric Tonnes per contract year.

5.       Kindly note that the last date for submission of tender is on 1st Dec 2025 up to 1200 Hrs. IST. The bids are to be submitted only through electronic mode for which bidders may log on to website www.eprocure.gov.in
