Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India has invited applications for the ‘Know India Program (KIP)’. MEA regularly organizes KIP for young persons (18-30 years) of Indian origin every year (youth holding Indian passports are not eligible). KIP is a three-week orientation programme conducted to promote awareness on different facets of life in India and the progress made by India in various fields e.g. Economic, Education, Science &Technology, Communication & Information Technology etc. KIP provides a unique forum for students & young professionals of Indian origin to visit India, share their views, expectations & experiences and to develop closer bonds with contemporary India.
Three KIP’s have been announced for this year:
• 60th KIP from 25 August to 14 September 2022 (Last date of online submission of application at KIP Portal is 19 July 2022)
• 61st KIP from 26 September to 16 October 2022 (Last date of online submission of application at KIP Portal is 19 August 2022)
• 62nd KIP from 1 November to 21 November 2022 (Last date of online submission of application at KIP Portal is 23 September 2022)
